Our project was a complete house renovation (aka re-build) of a 1970s, 3 bedroom, single level brick and tile. It was the first time we had done a renovation of this scale and we went through a rigorous process selecting our builder – thankfully we chose the right one!
Aaron and the AGM team were professional both in their workmanship and management of the project. Communication was outstanding - Aaron is one of the few tradespeople I know who proactively uses his initiative coming to us with both cost saving and design suggestions throughout the build rather than the default position of: ‘that’s what is on the plans, so that’s what they’ll get’.
We managed to stay on budget and ended up with a far better result because of Aaron’s willingness to work with us every step of the way.
